Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered. We always work to resolve issues fairly.
When We Issue a Full Refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- Your download link was not delivered within 2 hours of purchase
- The downloaded file is corrupt or missing content
- You received the wrong product
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@kamardy.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- We will respond within 24–48 business hours
- Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days

- Change of mind after download
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
